Thanks my worry...I don't like taking a hammer to any bit of machinery scares me to be honest. hammer = broken!!!

Need to find a cam sprocket now...I can see that being almost impossible.

just collected the newly painted frame and parts ready for the build.

Ill get better pics as the rebuild progresses.

One hand fashioned copper head gasket. Not perfect, but should do the job.

Lloydy1,

I used an adjustable c spanner to loosen the left hand thread cam sprocket nut. I blocked the cam sprocket with a piece of hardwood. Some sharp hits with a hammer on the C spanner did the trick.
