What year is this CL engine?!?

Hey guys!

I purchased a good amount of CL77 parts from a swap meet which included two engines. I am in the process of rebuilding one and have no use for the other and am selling it on Craigslist. However, I am having a hard time pin-pointing the correct year...the engine number reads - CL77E-1025652

From my research I believe it is a '66 engine but would like to confirm with the experts :)
