CA 77 no spark and starter doesn't work

I was wondering if there is a kill switch somewhere on this machine. I have no fire at the plugs and the starter doesn't turn unless I jump the starter solenoid with a screwdriver. I am new at this stuff and could really use some help.

No kill switch, but do the lights, horn & stoplight work??

Check the fuse by the battery.
