I was trying to look into the history of Honda road bikes and this came up a CB71 can not find out more about it and the history.

It appears to mostly be a 1959-1960 CE-71 Dream sport 250, with a few modifications.........D

My first thought was a CB-92, but no...

I can't say I've seen that model before, are we sure it's a production model?

According to the Bikez.com site, the CB71 was a Japanese domestic model offered in limited quantities from 1959-1962. Early models were dry sump, later ones wet sump. Looking at what few pictures that I can find, some had alloy rims, while blue seemed to be the predominant color. Neat piece. Regards, Chase
