Actually they are pretty clear that they want nothing to do with the world outside the U.S. On their How To Contact Us page they state "Orders shipped to United States addresses only."

Perhaps if the Manifest Destiny fueled invasion of Canada ever happens they will ship north of Lake Erie.

Well, Tim, you could always ask a trusted forum member in the U.S. to take delivery of the parts you need from OC and then reship them on to you in Canada...at least 'till after the invasion is over. ;-)))
