Baffle hole position
Could someone tell me the distance between the end of the pipe and centre of the baffle bolt hole on CL pipes please, mine had to have the ends replaced after being corroded, I assume the hole is 6.5mm for an M6 clearance.

Re: Baffle hole position
You can measure the end of the baffle to the threaded hole.
If you have the early issue baffle its end installs flush to the end of the pipe. .............lm

Your work if looked at by anyone who didn't know what they looked like when HONDA issued them can be assumed to be HONDA it is so good.
Thank you very much. ..............................lm

Great news! It has been a hectic week but I found a post office in Topeka on my way to a meeting.
I have just picked up a few more of the Kawasaki idler sprockets to repair the small-wheel tensioners.
Let me know how they work out for you. The screws are held with high-strength loctite.
Thanks for the kind words.
