Squealing noise around stator and slow return to idles
Deglazing
Method: I used a 3 stone flex honing tool with "medium" grit stones on a drill. It took 2 passes, 3-5 seconds each. Before the passes, I lubed the crap out of the sleeves with wd-40.

A quick check for fitment is to place a ring into the sleeve ad check end gap. ................lm

My .026, .65mm feeler gauge was Very snug, and the .70mm didn't stand a chance. Now to decipher what Honda says it should be...

Are you using a new ring or a worn one?
Those figures are 0.15-0.35mm with a repair limit of 0.8mm
Max wear is normally at the top. Try the bottom and compare the two.
