Is it powder coat? If it is, you can soften with a blow torch and brush it off with a wire brush......

paint stripper
I recently had this problem as well but found the solution: shake the can before using it.deafanddiabetic wrote:I'm having a hell of a time stripping my rattle can job from my Dream.
Used both Klean Strip aircraft remover and Rustoleum aircraft remover. It barely bubbles, takes a ton of scrubbing with a metal brush to get it to come off.
Not sure why this time it's so difficult, the first time I stripped the factory paint it took next to nothing to clean that paint off, just water and a few minutes in the sun.
