Need a forken lock and key

Ok that was bad pun

I need a fork lock and key for my 1964 CA77.
Now how do a take out the old one?
And are all the fork locks the same as a C77 ect?

Do you have a ignition key for the one on the bike, you are aware the the lock and ign. are the same key?The fork lock pops out easily by using the key.Just a alittle twist and turn and it pops out.You can get keys made.HondaKeys.com has them.I think the C77 are the same.

Well that is the problem the ignition has been switched out and I have tryed Honda Keys and got no reply from them. I think I will try them one more time but I never had a good key intell I replaced the ignition. the one that was in the bike when I got it worked with a screw driver.
I wonder if I should drill out the old one.
Thanks for the info on the C77 I will look into that.
Anyone drill one out?

I would not be in a big hurry to drill it out.I recently e-mailed Hondakeys and it did take acouple of days for a reply, but they were helpful.They should have the key you need.Good luck.

Been a month now sence I ask about a key.
I will try them one more time.

Brad, what is the # on the lock? I have some old T series keys, and I think LM has some of the N series keys. Also try typing the key # in to an ebay search. I have also used a puch to break the roll pin off to get a fork lock out of a CB77, don't know if the Ca is the same set up.

Well I had checked with LM first but I am going to post the Key# anyway maybe I will get lucky and some one will have one or two.
