Thanks my friend. It was a great day and although I wanted to stay at the C200 I really enjoyed riding around listening to my Ipod and enjoying the view. Tonight I took all the C200's wiring, horn, switches and handlebar controls and did a continuity test of all of it. Tested the horn and the other components plus cleaned and painted them. I had to make a few wiring repairs which I used solder and heat shrink to do and was glad I made the tests. I would rather find the problems now than when the bike is assembled. Picture includes all new cables, NOS foot peg rubbers and the dozens of other items that have to be completely checked out before assembly. Paul

This morning I bead blasted some of the parts that I intended on painting black. Now that they are painted that means all the painting is now completed and I'll start in on the motor next. Paul
