The seal holder may help a little but you'll have to get the bush completely past that bump.

Your other slider is interesting. Can you see how far up those things are? You must have some witness marks on the bushes....

Hey G-man, would you happen to know how far up the forks go up on the triples?

Just use the headlamp ears and shrouds to set the distance whe you put it all back together.

The tubes will pull in to then top clamp and that sets the distance for the lower clamp.
