I have a 66 CB 77 super hawk 305 alum. lowers. Doing a fork seal right side apart but can not get the slider out of the tube. I have done the hammer slide thing to no avail. 6ft 250 lbs I can do a number on it but she won't budge the seal. Looked around other posts but got no real answer. Thanks in advance, Peter

Got it out. Heat and a bad Scottish attitude.
