Well now if chrome EVERYTHING and a Oversize Seat (check the chrome strip and diminutions of the HONDA logo being small. Could it be a T.D. Bash seat?) and All Aluminum Polished along with Aluminum Rims makes a Concourse Bike it is stretching what I've seen and expect to see at shows.
Also it should never be 1st place in any HONDA show which is in completion with CORRECTLY RESTORED BIKES.
Sure must have cost a lot of $$$$ and sure is pretty. ..................lm

So! he wants $8000 for a bike with an engine that has never run
Now this really confused me
butThe engine has never been started or had gas in the carbs.

quite a selling point, but has he also gapped the spark plugs?Timing has been set and Valves adjusted

Now this really confused me
just how similar are these carbs.Carbs are virtually new with new jets and floats.( Carbs are similar to OEM)

It's definitely pretty. Call it a nice rebuild or a mild custom, maybe even a "restification", but restored it aint. I wouldn't mind owning it(it is pretty) but I would never try to pass it off as "restored".
