Electronic ignition ?

Im looking at purchasing the electronic ignition kit in the new year Do's the electronic ignition sold on this site use the mechanical advance and retard on the camshaft for a CB77 or do's the kit do the advancing and retarding.

Has any one from the UK purchased it and do you have to pay any import duty or VAT from customs ?

I recently used the e-ignition from this site on 68 dream , works great good instructions but does use mech advance. on mine it simply did away with points
