Removing the rear shock on a CB77
I got the left side off quite easily, but I get the impression that you have to remove the wheel to get the chain side shock off. They seem to be threaded from the inside out. Did they come that was from the factory?

You will need to remove the wheel.
You will notice the head of the bolt is thin.
That is so the chain will miss it,
They did come that way. .........lm

Not at all.
It's to clear while riding.
HONDA didn't build anything for "in case it came loose".
Attention to detail as you work on it and you are doing what HONDA expected when the bikes were issued. ..........lm

There is a thin 10mm nut that screws on the end to prevent the shock bolt from backing out. Is yours missing?
