The 'UR' registration was issued by Hertfordshire who used JUR from Oct 1960 until Mar 1961, according to my 1962 Glass's Index of Registrations, Herts also used AR, JH, NK, RO maybe others so would probably make YUR much later.
Just noticed it is stated previously registered overseas which means someone has dated it for the owner/DVLA.
I imported my CL175 K7 which is a 1973 model, the frame plate says Manufactured 8/72, I got a dating certificate to that effect, took it to the DVLA who gave me V5 which says;
Manufactured 8/1972
First Registered 1/1/1972
It carries a K plate instead of an expected L

I helped out a guy who was selling a 1964 Dream as a 1961. The Honda owners Club stated that it was made in 1961 (wrong) and that it was the first year of production (also wrong). The bike actually had a registration plate which dated it to July 1964. We traced that back to the bike's first registration in Dundee and even found the original licence document.
There are a lot of self-professed experts out there - beware.
As Homer Simpson said, "you can prove anything you like with facts"..... :-)
Unfortunately, a lot of people try to do the same with opinions and every bike becomes "the first" , "the rarest", "prototype", "Earls Court Show" model etc.. etc...

As I stated that licence plate would be much later, unless DVLA decided to draw a number out of a hat.
