Does a 12N9-3A battery fit a Honda CA77? I have heard that people have them and they fit fine, but I have also heard that these batteries do not fit.
The demensions are pretty close to the original YUASA batteries for this bike, so it might work.
Thanks for the help!

I tried to give you help on your previous battery post but you chose not to respond. I asked your frame number because there are 2 different batteries that are used depending when your bike was built. Evidently you thought my question not pertinent. The answer to your question is easily found searching the site as it has been discussed before. Good Luck

Is the frame number located on a sticker on the forks? Because I am pretty sure that mine was painted over. The number on the crankcase however [which I think is supposed to be within something like five hundred digits of the frame number], is 317567.Hoosier Tom wrote:I tried to give you help on your previous battery post but you chose not to respond. I think my frame number was painted over by the previous owner (it's on the forks near the speedo right?), but my bike is from 1964 and the engine number is 317567.Hoosier Tom wrote:I tried to give you help on your previous battery post but you chose not to respond. Thanks, it was right where you said it would be! It was really worn but I think it saidTinman wrote:Mason,
The frame number is on the left side of the frame, near the left foot peg, just to the rear of the shifter and above the muffler. It will be stamped vertically.

give or take a couple digits because it was worn so bad. Does that have about as many digits as it should?
Thanks for helping!
