Well, as unluck would have it, I went to run my 160 today for the first time in 6 weeks and the kick starter is not working. It moves, but never catches. The clutch is also sticking, probably from sitting.

I think this is a trigger I need to tear it down and overhaul it.

Unless someone has seen these kind of kickstarter spinning free failure and knows a quick fix.

I had a 175cc kit in My CL160, back in the day. To be truthful I never noticed any appreciable difference in how it ran with the bigger pistons installed. If I had it do over again I would have kept the money in my wallet and finished wearing out the standard bore pistons.
