This was a 64 CA77 that came to me in pieces and I'am to the point of trialing the exhaust fit. Either I don't get it, got the wrong part, or I'am missing a part or Iam going to make it fit.
Can any body help out, just doesnt fit right. this is the left hand muffler.

The muffler is from a one piece unit and has had the head pipe and the crimp ring removed at one time. ......lm

That left-hand-side one-piece muffler is a special duck. No need to make a bracket, you just replace the engine mount bolt with a special bolt that serves as a spacer and receives the 8mm muffler mounting bolt.
Spacer bolt is 90116-271-000 (#26 on the attached)
Mounting bolt is 90158-271-000
I think Western Hills Honda has them both.
