Throttle cable routing Ca 72

Does the cable go in the first hole on right side in
the frame or the second. It goes thru the handlebars right?

If you have the internal (to the handlebars) type, then the cable goes in the small hole in the right side of the fork, then in the front (large) hole in the LEFT side of the frame.
