blue is titled as a 65
frame # 3143xx, matching engine is stuck

red is also titled as a 65
frame # 40003xx, matching engine turns over

also got a cl77 (minus wheels and bodywork) and another spare engine (ca77 with cl77 top end).

both should have alloy front fender with 8 hole stay, right?

both do have the alloy rear fenders

blue has eye to eye rear shocks, red has eye to clevis shocks

what else is (i mean "should be") different between the bikes?

should the '63 have the different skid plate as i've read in another posting?

the '63 has the same speedo as the '64 (with hbi), is that not correct?

do they both use the same tail light?

All those are the same.
The blue bike has some sort of tail light but not correct for any CL72. .....lm
