I have a set of Neway cutters but then I just love buying and using tools.......

They really are excellent and the support in UK is very good, too

Ff you cannot justify paying $200+ or so for Neway cutters, then try getting hold of some valve seat cutters from an auto shop for about $40 and machine the pilot guide down to Honda valve stem size.
