Damper parts needed badly please

have a 61 dream. need part 15,16 and 17 in manual. This is the spider looking thingy that damper tightens down onto with the other two parts being legs. Small wish lists but would be greatly appreciated if anyone has these. ebay has none that i could find. thanks so much
