bogs at higher revs

bike seems to bog at higher revs, like pulling clutch in at high speed.
I can't tell if its carb. or clutch. I am running strait pipes.Other than that bike runs great.

If the motor speeds up under a load and the bike doesn't, then your clutch is slipping.
