Chris,

its fixxed for the most part! put in the 130 main jets seemed to help. stuck a timing light on it and reset the points. the air filters are off because the filters i was esing we just not leting in enough air rain like shit. so i took them off and pow running pretty good now. got up to sixy five no problem.

was just wanting to thank everyone who has put in there knowledge and helped me through my first rebuild.

will be back on with new updates.

Excellent Chris! Way to keep at it. You've gained a lot of hands on knowledge working through these issues. It'll surely come in handy in the future.

very happy

Post by naptown68superhawk » Mon Jul 25, 2011 9:36 pm

im uber happy with the way the superhawk is running right now. i priced the electronic ignition and it was like 300 greenbacks, kind salty if you ask me.. a friewnd of mine said he priced one online for like 180$. have you use 6this upgrade before dave? or anyone else? ive heard nothing but goodthings...
my buddy and i made a mold of a cafe seat with mdf board (medium density fiberboard) and were going to make some seats to fit both our bikes. he has a 70 350 supersport, i keep trying to buy it from him but no dice as of yet fingers crossed.

thanks
