Progress on the fender project
We got a little caught up here in the shop this week, so I got to work on something thats been on the back burner for a while. We've been building the fenders for the Harley Hummers for about 10 years and finished up all the models back in the fall. Our fender rolling machine is tooled up for the CL fronts now. We're still in the process of getting the bugs worked out of the wired edge. Today we machined the first form die for the early (steel leg) bracket and hit a part to check the blank size. I'm gonna have to make a few adjustments so that we can get the pattern out to the lazer guys. Thought I'd post a couple of pictures of the progress in hope of getting a little feedback.

Looking Good
Even though my front fender is great, I would be interested in a spare just in case...they are so hard to find in good condition. Main thing is that they match the existing mounting points but i think you all have a market for sure.

let us know when you get it done. I know it's too soon but can you give a ballpark price? I would be interested. mike
