Well, you're welcome! Don't mention it...... oh, you didn't!

First & foremost, check your initial setup conforms with Ed's Recipe, here; click FAQ in the left pane, 6th Q down. You say you've done it; well, do it again.

When you've found your manners then I'll help more with other (and obvious) diagnoses........

Mate, I'm British. I was brought up to say 'thank you' for even a caning!

Good manners cost nothing and change everything.

Something still wrong with those carbs - maybe an air leak at the tufnol whasers. When the carbs are off for a cleaning, check the flanges to see if they are dead flat. They bow if they have been overtightened at some time in their past.

im not on this forum to bicker and argue, even with a colonial cousin of mine. i was warned about over tightened carbs and how they can bend and warp the flang and whole carb house in some cases, i will mos def check that out tomorrow. im also gonna take the needle down a notch. never got to that today, my daughters tenth birthday. so i was busy building her electic scooter. but i will check recheck and rerecheck every part of those carbs.

THANKS.
