got the form back(exactly one week, said 2-4), no records of it, gonna try a different bmv as soon as i can, not sure when that will be, but probably two weeks from yesterday, need to get the engine # to my friend for the bill of sale as well.
Got the check done today and came back good. The officer ran a IDACS/NCIC check, which as I understand, checks nationally, not just here. So that should hopefully be everything I need. Going to the BMV tomorrow, wish me luck...
