Carb part needed.

I need a float bowl for a 68 CL77 kei-hin carb, mine had a pin hole that I re-flowed with silver but the heat warped the bowl and I don't think it will last long. Please help, I don't want to buy a whole carb over a warped bowl. :)

For future reference, you cannot solder on carbs, Butcher. You can fix pin hole with an epoxy. Make sure it is epoxy and not polyester resin. You should make a test sample and soak it in modern gasoline first to see if it will be affected by the fuel.

The carbs are either aluminum or zamac, which is a zinc alloy.

Local hobby stores have fuel-proof (nitromethane) 2-part epoxy made for RC applications. I like "Hobby Poxy" ... comes in a variety of setup times.
