Can someone tell me how to dissamble the kick start lever?

Hello,
The kick start arm on my cb77 is worn out. The little top part (pedal) is fine and the rubber on it looks good so I would like to reuse it. I cannot figure out how to remove the pedal from the arm, any help would be appreciated.

You need to push down the washer on top, and there is a circlip in a groove below the washer, If you can get someone to push the washer down while you remove the clip, it really helps.
