Wow, very cool. I guess you have a great source of parts should you ever need it. Good luck with your build.

Hudson,
Did you get a pink slip/registration on your purchase? Wow... bikes in the bus...bikes in the shed...hmmm. Ol gramps really musta been a collector or somethin'. Looks like a 750 in front of that bus. That'd be of interst to me!

hey all, unfortunately i didn't get a title with my cb77, just a bill of sale. but in washington its not too hard to get the bike registered, i just won't be able to have a title or sell it for three years.

this guy had everything, he had boats planes train cars and tons and tons of motorcycles. i didn;t even get a picture of his personal everyday rider collection. he's kind of an odd ball though so getting out here to pick for parts will be a task.

i rebuilt the carbs of the cb77 recently and hooked up a temporary gas tank (because i have no petcock) (yet, i need to find one) checked the timing and put in a new pair of spark plugs, kicked it over a few times and got it to start for a couple seconds at a time but it started pouring oil out from the top end behind the points mount. it was strange and o have never seen anything like it. ....

i'll be troubleshooting soon, and i'll also be posting photos step by step as i go through the bike rebuilding it. its not going to be a restore but a custom rebuild, i'm am heavily inspired by byrdman76` cb77

Welcome to the forum hillhudson. What a great find. Tempting to take a treasure hunting trip North. I would also love to snag that 750 ... I had 2 and want another.

You've some to the right place for help :)

Dana01,
thanx for the warm welcome :)

you know my older brother has a 1974 cb750 with the original fairing he might sell. i could ask him what he wants for it.
