Does anyone know what tires (make and size) one can buy now that most closely approximate the originals? Currently I have Riken 3.25X19 on front and Okada 3.50X19 on rear. Thanks.

No. Same sizes as yours. Those are the stock sizes.

With the tire change tool, is it too difficult for one to change out a tire themselves, or are there balancing issues?

For the price(minimal) I let my local bike shop take care of the mounting and balancing. About $8.00 per wheel............................D

The bike actually came with 300X19 front and 350X19 rear. ...........lm
