I go to a local upholstery shop and buy seat foam like they use on school buses. Its firm and comfortable. Usually I use the pan for a guide and glue 3 layers together with 3m spray glue, take an electric fishing fillet knife and form the foam with that. The blades are long enough to go from side to side. Sounds like a lot of work, but after doing 3 or 4, it only takes a few minutes. Then I put a 1/2 inch layer of soft foam on top to cover up any imperfections the knife may have made. Total money is about 25 bucks for the foams and glue. nutt
