Here ya go check this site. There's some photos of another with the same color scheme as yours. Apparently the color is Strato Blue Metallic.

Good luck on the fix up of your new ride. My little brother's first motorcycle was a 1970 CL175. It was pretty well worn out by the time he got it but I can remember doing some high speed runs and hitting 75 on the speedo. He sold it off, then later bought it back and turned it into a suedo flattrack bike. Took off front fender and added oversize tires. We built a makeshift flattrack on my brother's acreage and had a blast with it, till my brother needed the space for some donkeys. It's squirreled away down there in a shed now, but I'm sure it could come out at a moment's notice should we end up with some space we could devote to a flattrack again.

PROB SOLVED.
i had bought the scrambler with only 2 collars, both of which were the wrong size. I just happen to purchase 2 flanges, and 4 collars off ebay for about 15.00 and they are longer and the correct size for my exhaust system.
lucked out on that one :P

UPDATE
Heres an update on the 1971 CL175
-Replaced the fuel lines.
-Cleaned the Gas tank using "metal rescue" worked ok for environment friendly chemical. it softens the rust and eventually turns it to mush then you rinse it out. But there was still alot in the bottom of the tank after about 15 hour soak. So i poured my sons BB's in it and shook it up for about 5mins and wha La. nice and clean.
-Took the chain off, it kept getting tight and loose, have new one coming in mail.
-Finally got the exhaust prob figured out, the previous owner had the wrong collars. now its fixed and installed. Only thing im missing is the correct back heat shield.
installed the tank fueled it up and fired it up. seemed to run decent, just need the chain and ill be testing it out. Last thing will be a paint job on the 2 side covers, i found a left side cover that fits fine but needs painted correct color.
