Watch Ebay for one. Most I have seen rot apart like yours did.
I was able to repair mine by cutting off the rotted part that goes on the carb.I then found a rubber boot off of an older(80's) KZ 650 or such that fit my carb also and clamped it to my old boot.Worked fine. You may be able to find some automotive hose that may work.I actually switched to a K&N universal filter that slips right on the carb.Joe

Dont throw it away! you CAN repair it. Get some "Marine Tex Flex Set." (at marine supply store) This is a two part epoxy that dries flexible. Clean it really well (no residues). and sand lightly. Tack the breaks back together w/ crazy glue. This is just temporary to hold in place. Then Coat the outside, and around the cracks/breaks at least an inch out, with the Marine Tex. The Marine Tex is white in color. the marine tex is paintable, so If you are concerned with any white showing, you can paint it black.
