stop screw
hi, my 305 has a stop screw on the top of crankcase next to cover. anyone know its purpose? not shone on microficsh. screw is molded part of caseing.

First off which bike do you have?
If it is a DREAM the cast with the threads is for the carb intake covers and if it's a CB?CL72/77 it's just there with no actual use. ................lm

hi, loudmouse, thanks for reply. she's a 65 cb 77 with a curious little screw to nowhere. would hate to just hook something to it stupindishishly, most imbaresing. appreciate you clearing that up. hawkhead harold
