Exhaust Pipe Temperature

My exhaust on the 305 Dream (1965) is only warm to the touch at the end the pipe after running the bike for a while. Is this typical or should I check to make sure they are not clogged??

How does it perform? How do the plugs look after a few miles? My CB pipes get quite hot, but not untouchable.
