Different original exhausts

Are the one piece exhausts pukka Honda items, and do they fit all the CB72/77 models? The reason I ask is that a fair few come up on ebay, like this:

I was planning on getting my downpipes chromed and then see what I could pic up 2nd hand for the silencers, but it might be cheaper to buy the one piece if they fit.

Later design, Toast. They need different flanges, head studs & sealing rings. He appears to have only one listed; that would lead to a bit of a mismatch...
