Carb ajustments out of control...HELP!!

Im...thanks for your knowledge and patience...guess what...I snipped the end of the spark plug wire about 1/4 inch back and I never saw a spark like that....I needed sunglasses. I'll do the procedure tomorrow..but I'll bet the spark wire had a TON to do with the problem...I owe you a beer!!!
