I got a new big end and con rod pressed in, unfortunately the barrel was beyond saving and as they are cast in instead of pressed this meant the cylinder liner had to be machined out and a custom sleeve made and pressed in and then all the ports lined up. Not a cheap job but expertly done by a specialist company. This was going to be an easy two stroke project for my son to get some experience on, it proved to be quite a challenge.
