Well I think I've just found out......
Today has been spent trying to fix the digital scale on my mill. Very annoying. I've had to resort to my credit card after several frustrating hours. :-(

Thankyou! These old parts do not deserve to be thrown out . Hopefully I have come up on an economic means of repairing them.
Hopefully, I'll have a bike ready to test an engine in the next few months.
I'll certainly report back. With help from Ken Garfield on the Honda 305 Facebook page I have 'rediscovered' how to build a crank using CB360 rods and Capellini roller cages. No work at all on the rods but the hardened sleeve is more complicated.
