hello! it's been a while since i've been here....it's been a busy few years
i decided to do some work on my `66 honda 305 dream that i have owned since 1974 and has been sitting for about 8-10 years. the fuel lines are hard as a rock and brittle and need to be replaced. i thought i'd grab some 3/16 or 1/4 rubber fuel line , but nope.....they appear to be about 9/32 on the tank crossover and 7/32 from the fuel valve to the carb....what do you guys use?
also...the fuel valve seams to move very easily and i suspect it may need rebuilding...where is the best place to get a kit?
thanks for your help.......greg

Welcome back!
The fuel line should be flexible enough to accommodate the diference between 9/32" and 1/4" if that's all you can get.
Clearly Honda used metric hose but that probably hasn't made it to the USA in the 50 years since the bike was built :-) Just my little joke, sorry..........
As for a tap rebuild kit, you can try ebay or go to David Silver Spares.

DSS also sells genuine Honda fuel line in 1m (39 inch) lengths.....

You can get 5mm fuel line on Amazon. For example: https://www.amazon.com/JRL-Inner-Diamet ... 818&sr=8-8

Re: CA 77 fuel line...need help
The last time I needed fuel hose I went to the local lawn mower etc. repair shop. What they had was no doubt inch sized but it fit well and without measuring is indistinguishable from metric hose. I just took a carburettor with me and asked for tubing which fit. I walked out with about 1/2 m for a couple of dollars.
