Your advice please!

I'm looking to buy a 305 Dream which is in pretty good condition overall but it's missing a few things and the front fender is gibbled esp the flare at the bottom. A quick look at eBay shows a few fenders in the same condition. Are good Dream fenders unobtainium or will I find a good one over time? It's also missing the speedo cable and the black knobbed bolts that hold on the side covers which Im reasonable confident I will find if I search hard enough. The front fender is scary though because I don't think it can be repaired satisfactorily.
