CL77 '66 questions

I am looking at a 66 305 scrambler, had one 40 years ago when in highschool. I know this is probably a loaded question, but are there any particular things I should look out for that would make the purchase a disaster? What price range should I expect? The bike I am looking at is complete, pretty nice condition, starts and runs but not real smooth.
