Pork Butt Roasts actually, and that was only one fourth of the homeade deer sausage that got rotated through as I was smoking that day. The sausage got the smoke for 2 hours, the chicken was in for 7 or 8 and the pork pushed 12 hours that day. My theory is if I'm gonna baby sit the smoker all day, I'm gonna make it worth my while.Hotshoe wrote: Man, you don't mess around!
