Hey everyone
I have attemptied as much of the advice as i can on this forum to get my CB77 running without fouling up the plugs. The needle is at its lowest setting, and the jet sizes are 135 and 42. I read elsewhere that they should be 120 or 130? whats going on here or is that only for the Cb72? I dunno, but it fouls plugs within about 15 minutes. adjusted timing, carbs clean as a whistle, keyster kit but with old jets (still 135 as were the keyster jets). Thanks for any advice

Put the clip in the 2nd from the bottom slot in the needle.
Open the air screw 1 1/4 turn.
Follow the info. at FAQ on engine tuning.

For what its worth I have had to lower the needle to the second groove from the top before I could get the "brown" plugs.LOUD MOUSE wrote:Put the clip in the 2nd from the bottom slot in the needle.

If you are still fouling on the top groove it might be a move to make sure the needle and seat are not too worn ??
