The parts fiche says they are the same.

Be careful when buying 3,4, and 5mm screws from Honda. Although the part numbers offered by Honda may be the same ones as original, if they have a "-0A" suffix, they are NOT the same thread pitch as the original JIS thread pitch. The current JIS thread pitch is not the same as the original pitch either; it is identical to the universal ISO thread pitch.
