Proper Header Installation

How do I put my headers back on the bike? I have the headers and 4 pieces of curved metal. Do the curved pieces of metal go around the headers, behind the flange? Are there supposed to be gaskets? Where do thise go? Bolt tightness?

Order goes- Gasket , pipe , collars(4 metal pieces), heat sinks , washers and nuts. Tighten evenly snug enough to smash the copper for a good positive seal.
