Variations in speed from different sprocket combos

Post by Dick Eastman » Sun Oct 18, 2015 12:28 pm

What is indicated speed [in 4th] for different sprocket combos assuming 2.75 front tire, 3.00 rear, ie, 15/30T sprockets, 15/31, 15/32, 15/33, 15/34, say, at 6000rpm?
Also, for calculated speed at a given rpm, I would need to know the ratio of the crank sprocket/clutch basket sprocket [no. teeth on each], and the rolling circumference of the rear tire. I didn't see any sprocket tooth count in the manual for these two sprockets.

The crank sprocket is 15 and the clutch sprocket is 47 giving a 3.13 reduction.
