Insurance query

I have a CA78 at my daughters in the US and is currently sat in a garage, it is a non runner, would any of you bother insuring it? she has, claiming it may fall on someone or they could be injured walking past it and then make a claim against me. I think it is unnecessary the only risk being theft which is highly unlikely.
Your advice would be welcomed.

I should think that her homeowners insurance should cover any liability as it is just another inanimate object on her property.
